@nomsmag: 🍞 New Asian Bakery in Richmond and it is goooood! 
Baking Factory has quietly launched its soft opening and is now slinging giant pastries, custard-filled sponge cakes, Hokkaido milk bread, and more. Just don’t expect a full cafe yet. That is coming near the end of the month. It’s takeout only for now with a rotating table of baked goods up front and a display of cream puffs and cake slices in the back.
 Open 2PM–6PM and closed Tuesdays and Sundays (so time your visit). From the owner’s recommendation, we got the “Bombshell” (a butter sponge like cafe with dry custard and raisins), Hokkaido milk bread, Sesame Bun and cream puffs (matcha and raspberry).
