@ocactive_: Earlier today around 4:00 PM, a Garden Grove Police Department officer was involved in a traffic collision on the 22 Freeway eastbound, just east of Brookhurst Street. All lanes in both directions were temporarily shut down so emergency crews could safely load the officer into an ambulance. The westbound lanes were reopened first, while the eastbound side remained closed a bit longer as the scene was cleared.
