It’s debated whether Abra is actually stronger than Danny, as he suppressed his shine for decades with alcohol abuse (which makes it way weaker). Even after years of being sober, when Rose the Hat tastes his steam (aka his shine), she mentions he tastes like whiskey. Showing that his Shine is still diluted by all the alcohol abuse even years after getting sober…. Prime/Peak Danny is considered the strongest Shiner.
