Cops need to appreciate the significance of their 'authority'. A human being who wields their 'authority' to dominate, embarass, humiliate, demoralize isn't a product of training...it's an issue of bad morals..a bad cop.

He doesn’t know the laws. He doesn’t know the rights of citizens. He is absolutely a bad cop. If anyone else didn’t know their job they’d be a bad employee but he wears a gun & badge so he gets a pass, huh? Not important for cops to know those things apparently.
