That’s not good enough. Any civilian would have been sentenced with aggravated assault. This cop should get 10 years no time off for good behavior. The other officers there should be charged to for not stopping this blatant crime

the problem is they get the lowest charge they can and minimum sentence when if its the other way around you would be charged with everything they can think of and get the maximum sentences

american police ,the usual suspects, harsher punishments should be applied like long prison sentences, dismissal and reinstatement at another precinct should not be allowed ,,,,the problem is at the top all the way down to the foot patrols
