Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat in the flour mixture. Dip back into the wet marinade, then coat again in the flour mixture for an extra crispy finish. 4. Spray both sides generously with olive oil spray. 5. Air fry at 200°C for 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden, crispy, and cooked through. Alternatively, fry in hot oil until crispy and cooked through. 6. During the last minute of cooking, top each chicken piece with a slice of Applewood cheese and allow it to melt. 7. Mix together the mayo, garlic powder, and black pepper to make the sauce. 8. Spread the sauce onto a toasted bun, then add lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
