@anastasiascookhouse: Everyone LOVED it — Salmon + Broccoli + Tomatoes baked in one tray (so simple) 🛒 Ingredients (makes 4 containers) • 4 salmon fillets 🐟 • 2½ cups broccoli florets 🥦 • 2 cups cherry tomatoes 🍅 • 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒 • Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂 • 1 tsp lemon juice 🍋 Sauce for the salmon: • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce 🍶 • 1 tsp (7 g) honey 🍯 • Juice of ½ orange 🍊 • ½ tsp red pepper flakes 🌶️ Salmon garnish (before baking): • 1 tsp sesame seeds 🌰 • 4 lemon slices, cut in half 🍋 👩🍳 Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2️⃣ Place salmon fillets, broccoli florets, and cherry tomatoes on a lined oven tray. 3️⃣ Drizzle broccoli and tomatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
