Go get the eye drops that take away redness. It constricts the blood vessels and takes away redness for a few hours. Put it on right before doing your makeup and cover like normal

If they’re under the skin - book with an esthetician to do a high frequency treatment. Evolve or Esthetics by Allee that could probably get you in same day. They’ll also do some extractions to help active ones flatten. The rest can be covered by concealer

If they r under the skin go get a cortisone injection from the dermatologist. But i guess it does sorta make it scab after. But it does instantly get rid of the pimple that normally takes a month to go away

Benzoyl peroxide cream 2.5%. Dab a thick layer over the blemishes and leave overnight. Then dab hydrocortisone cream and leave on a few hours before you have to do your makeup. The key is reducing the inflammation, they won’t go away over night but they will shrink in size and won’t be as red!

The ONLY way is to go to the dermatologist and pay for a hydro shot. They inject it and it goes down right away.

This is gonna sound extreme but it works : nail polish remover on a qtip hold it over every one for thirty seconds repeat as much as you can
