bad update because they're closing the free drop off in the short stay & 30 minutes is not frequent enough considering it's about a 4 minute drive, it's just money grabbing!!

I think all the car parks at all airports should be free to drop off for first 5 minutes then if you go past that it should be classed as parking and then pay what ever they want. Airports are a right rip off anyway they have you over a barrel

it's a bad idea. we always dropped off at Short Stage 2 at airport. it was free for 15mins. They've not long updated the area.

Why can’t they just allow pick up and drop off for five or ten minutes for free at the airport as well. Everything is just designed to charge people using the airport

Just hang about in estates nearby wait for a call and pull into short stay 2, Up to 15 minutes free and only a few minute walk from terminal.

Bad update , the airport are greedy. Why not just have a 15 minute wait for free ? The buses will cost won’t they and it’s not convenient with suitcases.

Free short stay is stopping. Can’t use it in January. Waiting zone is crap idea. Who wants to wait for 30 mins in the cold. Then find u can’t get on shuttle bus. Bonkers!!!!!

So one bus every 30 minutes that holds circa 50 passengers. A plane holds on average 250 passengers then multiply that by mulitiple landings at busy periods. I’ll let you do the maths as regards waiting times for the bus (or even 2/3 buses)!
