NAD+ molecules are generally considered too large to effectively absorb through the skin barrier. Topical NAD+itself is unlikely to reach deeper skin layers. It’s more of a marketing term for skincare. It’s still a good cream, but the benefits usually come from the other ingredients in the formula rather than the NAD itself.
