Next time try the Maduro with a bite of rice beans and chicken together. That’s how we do it 💖 also mangu and mofongo is very traditional to eat.

Try the mofongo it’s the best 🥰 my favorite with the pernil (pork) I don’t know if you eat that but they have other proteins And the plantains you eat with the food as a side so you’ll know for next time .
