But if you made reuseable tubs?! Make the tubs more expensive and refill bags slightly cheaper!

I wasn’t trying to be mean I promise!! I love yalls products so much! The tubs were just so much better and the bags don’t seal😭😭 I use yalls products daily and nothing compares!! 🥹💜

And also the resealable bag sucks! My seal broke completely when I first opened it and now I have to use bag clips to seal

People complaining about the bags can LITERALLY get cheap reusable tubs and dump the bag in. Would be the exact same as if you provided a tub

I’ve bought like 30 bags of protein so I’m a true loyal customer, but I too agree the bags suck and I would love any switch. Right now I cut them and pour into an old protein tub, but it’s always very messy 😭

Why not offer a sample option, so I can try a few flavors before purchasing a large bag?! You could convert more folks because it’s less daunting to pay $10 for 2-3 one serving size packs than buying a large 25 serving bag.

Maybe sell a reusable container with a scoop that the bags can be poured into. Easier for customer use and still reduces waste to keep down costs and is better for the environment

Can you add a couple inches of space for the bags because when opening my protein it pretty much exploded when opening it and I couldn’t reseal it

Saw your response! This is the first vegan protein. Even though I don’t like how it settles I still will buy and on my second bag. ❤❤❤

My favorite protein, but the bags are so hard to use! They need to open much wider. I get powder all over my hand trying to get the scoop in and out of the small opening. PLEASE REDESIGN THEM!!!!

The bag really is rough. I’m glad I had an old container to put it in bc the bag wasn’t usable even though I tried to clean out the seal part

Love listening to these! More companies need transparency like this! Def agree with the bags comment but this is the best protein and this best price point big win for me

Please don’t change anything about the formulations. But the bags DO NOT CLOSE!

The only issue I have with the bag is that the zipper doesn’t close because it gets clogged with powder during shipping and it never comes out 😭

Ahh please get rid of the sucralose. It is terrible for your gut health and digestive tract. I’m so sad. I really didn’t think they had sucralose in it and some of the flavors I currently have don’t have sucralose.

The bags SUCK! Super messy and difficult to get product out. Love the brow sugar flavor. All the rest are bland and “meh” at best.
