I have a subscription with you every 3 months for the Hello Klean Refill Cartridges, but it seems that another product was added to my subscription without my knowledge or permission, and I was charged an additional amount. I never authorised this extra charge. I’ve tried contacting your customer service multiple times through email and live chat, but no one has responded. I only keep getting AI replies. This is extremely frustrating. Please have a real customer service representative contact me as soon as possible and resolve this issue.

Is this meant to be the solution to the other problematic filters? Not only is there a whole load of built up gunk, the other end is stuck on my pipes and I’ll likely have to replace the whole thing 😡😭 great concept but terrible designs
