let child know . it's not an option. we take care of ourselves and that includes hair . If it's to much to manage that talk about cutting it or thinning it out . different brush , but ultimately it's not up for debate and just like we bathe . we have to groom

when I was a kid who didn't wanna brush my hair my mom asked me if I would like my hair to be shorter to make it easier to brush, I got a Bob and it was much easier to manage by myself as a kid

Taking care of your hair isn’t a choice that how we stay healthy and clean. If you do not bruh your hair on your own, then either you let me finish it everyday or we go get a very short hair cut.

have her start brushing at at the bottom and work her way up as well as leave in conditioner. and use a large comb or a water brush and brush her hair while she has conditioner in.

conditioner and wide tooth comb while she’s playing in the bathtub and after you rinse put leave in conditioner some oil and put it in a braid. that’s what i do for my daughter every night and it makes her hair a lot more manageable

Pantene Rescue Conditioner. Wash with Mane’n’Tail, rinse, coat in the conditioner and comb through in the bath with a wide tooth comb. We lightly rinse but partially leave conditioner in. Dry with an old tshirt. Use an Unbrush to brush daily. Use the Pantene rescue conditioner spray as a detangler.

Shoulder length hair and ponytails with scrunchies (not while sleeping but even when washing hair) keeps my hair tangle free🙏
