What i use is Vaseline it’s hydrating and just reapplying a thin layer every now and then you’ll have soft juices looking lips and you can put your favorite lip tints or whatever you fancy underneath and just put a thin layer over that so it makes your lips look glossy keeps them hydrated and you look good
