Those small gaps in the top might make a difference, maybe pull the top in a little more flush by a millimeter or so. Idk maybe I’m crazy lol

What’s the filament for the final print? PLA is way too intolerant for heat. I prototype in PLA but print car parts in PPS-CF for the heat resistance. Here’s a plenum spacer for my Grand National.
