Thing is Ive lost so much weight by working out that my stomach has shrunk naturally and I can’t eat as much anymore without getting full so you can get this naturally just by working out which in tern lets you lose weight

my mom really regrets this because not only do they remove part of your stomach but they also remove the acid in your stomach. she can’t eat certain foods anymore (sugar foods, diary, etc.) and she also doesn’t digest nutrients as well she has to take pills for nutrients.

I started the process preparing for surgery. But now I have many questions. Yes need surgery for weight loss, also for sleep apnea, thyroid nodules, CPAP, AVN, sciatica pain, chronic pain. I already eat small portions of healthy food. I know my weight gain is due to my health conditions and side effects of some medication I am now on for my new health conditions. I know I wouldn’t be able to adjust to throwing up due to the size of my esophagus and scar tissue back of my head from 3 brain tumors.
