That’s why I love my shop management system. We look at the history of each car before we ever speak to the customer to make sure there were no mistakes made by us. If we did make a mistake we just handle it.

i got a car once and i went to do the 1st oil change and the drain plug was on so tight i thought i was going to break it, luckily my brother was able to get it off, also the oil filter was on so tight my tool crushed it by the time i got it off.

🤣 Had a shop try to sell me an oil pan because they couldn’t get the plug out.. took it over to my sister ex bf and he got it off in a few minutes..

That’s why I keep my service invoices for a year and go to the same place. I had one where they rounded off the plug and had to vacuum it out I asked them why and they told me. Showed them I only take it to them they replaced my oil pan for free
