This is crazy because SO many professionals have stated there is nothing you can do about your bone shape and genetics and anatomy when it comes to have a square butt and hip dips. But you just literally proved them wrong.

Adding this back in my routine! I stopped doing side lying hip abduction because it didn’t feel like it was targeting the minimus. Tried it again yesterday w/ my foot pointed towards the ground & felt a HUGE difference. I’m sore now 🥲

Scientifically you can’t isolate the Glute Minimus from the Medius They are a functional unit they share the same nerves location and movement hip abduction You’re always hitting both at the same time so there’s no such thing as training one instead of the other
