I’m 5ft & 177 pounds. I gained 40 pounds when I quit vaping just to pick it back up 😩 I’m on day 2 of clean eating & gym. But I feel sooo freaking intimidated in there.. I haven’t even used weights yet (which I freaking love weights) because I feel weird being next to such fit people 😭

5ft 150lbs!? Wow that’s a dream of gaining so much lean muscle. I’ve struggled for years to reach and maintain 100lbs. Ever since I got consistent at the gym I reached 110-115. Imagine if I can make it to even 130 of muscle. What a dream. 😭❤

5’2” and 265lbs. Have been swapping between my apartments gym and my homegirls 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks. Eating in a calorie deficit and I feel better than I have in years. And yes I dread going most days but I’m so happy and proud when I go. You just gotta get out of your head. I’ve been so scared for people to see me struggle but I’m almost 30 and I realize I deserve to feel good and confident and no one can take that from me

3-4 exercices MAX per muscle group (glutes + hamstrings) (glutes + quads) after 4 is just too much junk volume and you won’t see progress
