I started to hike 1.5 yrs ago with an old shoe and sweat pants. I bought only a bag, because I didn't have any. Yeah, difficulty was not checked. It was only 10 km but 550 m up 😂 I am 40+ old with 100 kg, so it was hard 😄 Now I go in almost every weather condition, sometimes I go where no trails.

My homeboy dragged me out from my cave (severely undertrained) to bring me on a hard difficulty 11 mile trail and we where both sleep deprived since we pulled an all nighter for my 1st hike. It was pretty cool✌️

All trails is the gaslighting MVP. 🤭 awesome list! I would touch on nature safety. See alot of new or unprepared hikers without bear spray or a protection apparatus in areas that have furry friends that will 💀 you, better to have then have not.
