you cut off the part where the stop was at the road in front of the house. they stood out there for quite abit. safety wasnt an issue.

Cop can't make any decisions at all. Even if he claims it's just a sweep for officer's safety. Who is he to determine what is officer's safety?That would require grand jury also.
