Curious about the people saying it is not attempted murder because there is no intent to kill. If too many motorcycle accidents are fatal, and you purposely try to cause one, how is that not attempted murder? If the biker was pushed into another car moving lanes or fell on the road and a car ran over them…that person could have died or been seriously injured. A fine is not enough regardless.
