driver is wrong. at least in the state i live in. drivong is a priviledge. when pulled over you must provide a valid license and proof of insurance. you will not be issued a drivers license unless you sign a paper that says you will provide this information upon request by law enforcement. thats the law period. now if youre just walking down the sidewalk thats differant. you can argue all you want but its simple to look up the law.

Everytime they ask for your ID and run it through there system for ANY reason it's logged and can prevent you from buying certain things. IYKYK
