Then pour in the lukewarm water and whisk with a wire whisk. Cover and let it sit until the yeast rises (I waited 10 minutes). Pay attention to the water temperature; it shouldn’t be too hot or too cold! Once the yeast is ready, add the flour, salt, and oil and knead (the consistency of the dough should be smooth; the consistency may vary depending on the quality of the flour, you may need a little more flour if your flour isn’t strong enough). Now, cover it tightly so it doesn’t get air and let it rise until it doubles or triples in size (I waited 25 minutes). After rising, deflate the dough and transfer it to your work surface. Lightly flour and roll it out to the size of your baking tray. Add the sausages to the edges and press down firmly. Add the tomato sauce, sausages, and tomatoes to the center. Brush the edges with 1 whole beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Make cuts in the sausage sections. Pre-bake in a preheated 180-degree fan oven for 10 minutes.
