@halaltravelasia: After only 1 week in Lombok, Eileen is telling me she is craving Shawarma 🌯 You might think that would be a bit hard to find on this island in Asia, but you’re WRONG! 👀 We are back with another halal restaurant 🍴, this time located in the Bazaar Mandalika in Kuta, and as always, NO pork or alcohol is served @shawarme.lombok It’s mostly local owned eateries in this area, but this place is from a lovely French/Algerian 🇫🇷🇩🇿 family that already lives a few years on Lombok. So, if there’s one thing the French know about, it’s gonna be food haha! Shawarme has the best sandwiches, taco’s 🌮, loaded fries 🍟 maybe even better quality then we’re used to in Europe. But what really surprised me was the hamburger… 🍔 They have the triple cheese that tastes even better like the one from McDonalds. So if you miss that burger because of the boycot, go to ShawarMe right now!
