seems like it would make sense to determine the maximum amount of water you can agent dump out, at that point install a someone overflow system like pipes for example that allow the water to come out slowly and without force. That way you're not depending on an electrical system like a pump which is subject to failure.

Johnson Shut Ins was such pretty park before this happened. The new park still has the shut ins but the river is different. It’s just good this happened in winter when everyone was gone
