A law officer has a right to enter private property during an investigation. During the opening of hunting season they have a right to confirm they have licenses and tags.

HELL NO! The cop is trespassing on private property. Then the cop threatened and harassed the land owner. I would pursue a lawsuit also. There was no reason for that cop to threaten them like this.
