It's frustrating seeing vets advertise vaccines as 100% preventable medicine though. I have a chronically ill dog who gets vaccinated for everything and anything because of the additional risks to him but putting all your expectations on a vaccine to completely prevent disease contraction is so negligent on vetmed's end. All vaccines do is help lessen the severity of symptoms if contracted, they don't prevent your dog from completely contracting a diseases.

Yeah but it’s not just a $25 parvo shot. You charge an exam or office visit plus recommend dewormer and heartworm test and whatever else and turn it into a $200+ visit. There’s just not that much extra in peoples budget these days.
