How come almost all motorists are ignorant of basic laws. If you refuse to to a test to see if you are safe to drive, I believe that in most states if not all that you lose your license to drive for a year, IMMEDIATELY. So if you have drank but not that much you are better off taking the test because if you are under the wire you MIGHT NOT lose your license but refusal is immediate loss. Oh well, people would rather scream, “ I know my rights” than to actually educate themselves. Their mistake.
