Try it and tag me! d’EATS -1/2 cup soft unsalted butter -1/4 cup packed brown sugar -1/2 cup granulated sugar -1 large egg -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 tbsp eggnog -1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour -1/2 tsp baking soda -1/2 tsp baking powder -1 tsp cinnamon -1/4 tsp salt Cinnamon sugar -1/4 cup granulated sugar -1 tsp cinnamon Icing -1/2 cup soft unsalted butter -1 & 1/2 cup confectioners sugar -2 tbsp eggnog How to: Start by preheating your oven to 350F And a large bowl or using a stand mixer add your soft butter mixed together until light and color then add your egg and your vanilla extract mix again before adding in your eggnog. Once all your wet ingredients are combined, add your dry ingredients and mix until your dough forms. Using a 4 tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop your cookies then roll them in your hand and again into your cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat into all your cookie dough is used then place your cookies on a lined baking sheet. Bake on 350F for 12 minutes. Once your cookies are completely cooled, frost them and enjoy! Icing Add your butter to a stand mixer and whip on high speed for five minutes before adding in your confection sugar and eggnog whip again on high speed for seven minutes. *this recipe makes 8 large 4tbsp cookies or 16 small 2tbsp cookies** #cookies #foryoupage #fyp #cookies #christmascookie
