@soberjourno: I’m 40 days sober and I feel like 💩 I promised you honesty, so here it is! Just sharing my week and the things I’ve been doing to try and make my brain a little more resilient. *Side note about the term ‘relapse’. I am not calling it a slip/blip/lapse because that’s not helpful to my recovery. As I explain, my relapse starting in my brain months before I took a drink.
