I did the jeff nippard rear delt flys for the first time(he’s the first person I seen do them so forgiven if Idk the actual name). Basically you sit at a 90 degree angle in the chair and brace with you opposite hand, and pull across body. It was 100 percent the best rear delt exercise i’ve experienced.

I do the same, but after this do archer pulls, so same height, completely straight/aligned with the cable and pull towards you. I promise your rear delts will be MASSIVE within 2 or 4 sessions of training them
