Wait it can go on remission? My doctor said theres nothing I can do for it other than take Levo for the rest of my life. I’m so tired all the time . And cold 🥶 and I live in the tropics is literally 85 degrees all year round

I have been experimenting with different types of exercises and how it makes me feel with Hashimotos. Reformer Pilates has worked the best for me but also using a vibration plate for 10 minutes after. This seems to help my inflammation. I also purchased a reformer because the reformer classes I’ve taken at studios has been too intense for me.

AIP was stressing me out even more! I already was gluten, dairy, egg, corn and soy free and I’ll stick to that but the AIP diet stressed me out. The fb groups also stressed me out!

For yearsssss I was doing CrossFit, coaching it, etc & couldn’t get my thyroid regulated to save my life. I was supplementing, working with a nutritionist, etc. All the things. Felt. Like. Trash. at all times, it was wild. Then I stopped and on that front, I feel so much better. So much so that I haven’t been able to find a rhythm with exercise again because every time I do, I’m drained! 🥺 But I do need exercise, for so many reasons. So I need to figure out what my body wants! 😬
