I don't think it was a Scam cause they were really building The Mall. if they had finished the mall everyone would've gain Their ROI.. A lot of people were going to really benefit which would have became a problem

I suspect those capitalist ( Old Mutual) who owns Menlyn were very instrumental in blocking this project cause they started labelling it as Ponzi scheme , but all that happened was that ordinary people were putting their money together with no capitalist involved . It pains me when I pass this mall the result of greed from capitalist
