@bitepointer: Replying to @mpenghlwccs patience and precision will allow you to both upshift and downshift smoothly without using the clutch - if you're familiar with all of your gear's rev ranges, you can slip in and out of gear smoothly so long as your rev matches are precise. #longervideos #driving #cars #revmatch
Yessir I drive trucks and float gears, discovered I could do this when I kept forgetting to hit the clutch in my wrx after work 😂

my dad has roughly 35years experienced of (only) MT has confirmed this. i was in shock at first😭😭😭 but yeah he also told me it has to be precise. obviously i havent driven 1 MT b4 so i couldnt understand what he meant by being precise. he said it must be on the same speed between gears

You’re pushing the revs too hard. drive a manual like that and fuel economy doesn’t stand a chance. Rev matching can be done at low RPMs

Tip for anyone go by an old manual Honda 220000k on the clock can almost guarantee the slave cylinder will go on you and you will learn how to float gears very quickly
