Sometimes if your nose is stuffy, but nothing is coming out is because the blood vessels inside are inflamed from blowing it so much. You can take two baby aspirin to take that inflammation down and it will help the stuffiness. But only do that if you ask a doctor because I don’t know what your blood properties are like and aspirin is a blood thinner.

interesting. mom would just put viks and some eucalyptus oil to help steam. I would just eat raw chilli powder and cornflakes to get my nose runny
