I can't believe Serenity at Coconut Bay is not on this list! We spent half our honeymoon at Jade and half at Serenity and the food, service and overall experience was significantly better at Serenity. We loved both, but we actually returned to Serenity two years later. You get the private pool in your personal courtyard, 24/7 butler service, adults only and all inclusive food & drinks that were insanely good. The beach is very meh, but it's only 5 minutes from the airport, so it's super convenient!

Stone field villas should be on this list! Its private villas and private pools, each with a classic st lucia view! And AC in the rooms and outdoor showers are amazing! Amazing food everyday as well at their restaurant, and they have half board/all inclusive packages available.

I honeymooned at ladera two years ago and we got upgraded to a room with ac. It was two stories and upstairs was all open concept with a bed and downstairs had glass doors so there was ac. It was perfect!
