Ingredients • 1 lb spaghetti • ½ cup butter (1 stick) • 6 garlic cloves, minced • Zest of 1 lemon • 1 cup heavy cream • Juice of 1½ lemons • 1 tsp kosher salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp garlic powder • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan • Pasta water, as needed Instructions 1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve pasta water. 2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. 3. Add lemon zest and heavy cream.
