A CRT Candle is a candle with: A large range compared to surrounding candles Often created during session opens (London/NY) Creates liquidity on both sides Leaves behind an imbalance or displacement It becomes a "manipulation candle" where smart money forms the narrative for the next move. ⏳ How CRT Works (Mechanics) 1️⃣ Market prints a large candle → creates a clear high & low. 2️⃣ Liquidity forms above the high and below the low. 3️⃣ Price will revisit this candle to: Fill FVG Mitigate OB Collect liquidity Align with premium/discount array 4️⃣ After rebalancing, a directional move begins. 📌 VALID CRT CONDITIONS (Very Important) For a CRT to be valid, these conditions must be met: ✅ 1. Must be the Largest Candle in the Swing The candle must have a noticeably bigger range compared to the previous 3–5 candles. ✅ 2. Must Create a Clear Range The high and low must be clean, with no messy overlaps. ✅ 3. Must Create an Imbalance A Valid CRT almost always leaves: FVG Gap Displacement wick If no imbalance exists → CRT is weak. ✅ 4. Must Be in the Correct Session Valid CRT candles usually appear in: London Open (2–5 AM NY time) New York Open (8–10 AM NY time) These are algorithmic expansion windows. ✅ 5. Must Have Liquidity Resting on Each Side Valid CRT builds: Buy-side above the high Sell-side below the low Price will target one side first → then the other. ✅ 6. Must Form a Reaction Point Later Valid CRT will be used later as: Mitigation block Displacement origin Liquidity sweep area If price ignores the candle completely → not valid. 📌 Example of Valid CRT Logic 1. A large NY Open candle forms. 2. It leaves an FVG and imbalance. 3. Price later retraces into the CRT range. 4. It sweeps internal liquidity. 5. Displacement happens again → choose direction. This is a high-probability setup. 📌 How to Trade CRT (Simple Method) 1. Mark the Candle Range (High–Low) This becomes your key structure zone. 2. Wait for Retracement Back Inside the Range Price must return to rebalance. 3. Look for Inducement / Liquidity Sweep Internal high/low gets taken. 4. Look for Displacement Break of structure → entry confirmation. 5.
