I use these! only thing that works on my hair and they stay in,but I can't sleep in them, if I'm going out on a night I put them in in a morning and leave them in all day

You could try lots of plaits and tied at bottom with bobbles, more comfy to sleep in gives a more crimped wave effect as heartless curl method

Oh my god my scalp hurt watching you pull that out. Squeeze the top so itโs not sticking to your hair and it pulls out much easier.

please in the morning when you take them out pinch the top opening open so it doesn't pull your hair out ๐ฅฐ

If you pinch the top of the tubes on the edges, it won't rip your hair out when you pull the hair through/take them out ๐๐ (or at least it was like that with the ones I had!)

you got the wrong size! you need to get ones which are much longer. also I reccomend sock curls cause they are alot quicker and easier to sleep in !

When I was a kid in the 90s my mum used to curl my hair with rags. She would cut up an old pillowcase into strips and wrap sections of hair round the fabric. Maybe worth a try
