okay so like .. inquiring minds need to know .. they aren't like stuck in your head for up to 7 days correct?? they still come out when you need?! and it's like the soft reline the dentist gives you for your temps right? please help me understand! I dislike the poligrip.. the mess to clean up when they come out is eww and food still gets stuck under them and I can't just take em out to clean them and pop em back in like I used to with my relined temps 😬
