I was never a bartender but I was a pizza delivery driver and there was one time in my first month that I saw someone hadn't tipped and was annoyed so I grabbed them a warm 2 liter instead of one from the cooler, they tipped me in cash when I got there and I felt like a huge jackđĢ and pretended I forgot their soda. I ran back to the store and got them an iced cold one and came back to deliver it. I NEVER did that again.

I always pay cash at the bar but would rather leave a big tip at the end of the night. I donât think itâs fair to be judged for ânot tippingâ until youâre about to walk out the door. I shouldnât be getting shit service for not tipping every single drink.
