Here's the problem with this. Yes, you can use a gift card for a membership, but you need a Costco membership to buy the gift card. There's the problem.

Yes, you can use your gift card like a membership card, but as an operator like a membership card, you have to use a code 99 to make that operate.

Can you use at any CISTCO? CAN the friend, relative as free member 2nd on your card, use it anywhere, my sister moved to Fla, told she cannot use it there !! Had to get her own !!! CAN I USE MINE OUT OF STATE?
