Um...I use CeraVe and Vaseline on my face. I have incredible skin. Ladies, just hydrate, moisturize, and sunscreen. That's IT. All of this stuff is gimmick.

I love microneedling, however, you need many many sessions to see a big difference compared to a more aggressive treatment. I always tell my patients, doing microneedling is like going to the gym, you don’t go one time and expect to put on 5lbs of muscle. Same with collage, you need at least 3-4 sessions to see a difference in fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars etc I recommend 3 sessions 4 weeks apart and 1 session every 90 days. Collagen is a forever thing 💖

Laser Rep here! Yes to all of this. Especiallllllly the doing your research. Now more than ever. With the saturation in this industry more and more providers are taking on lasers specifically and not taking the time to train properly, know the device, know the settings, etc.
