My mom put me on to this. When you feel anxious, stop what you’re doing and putt on ocean sounds. If you’re scrolling on your phone turn your volume all the way down. Get some water and try to finish it in 30 minutes while your listening to the ocean sounds. Try to take normal breaths then take a little deeper breaths. Then after all this take a minute and see if you feel more relaxed and comfortable in the environment you’re in.
