There are a few different companies that are making jars in the US and are very good quality. Superb is one, Azure Standard is the other.

Can’t put real hot jars on a cold surface. They’ll pop every time. Poor lady had a lapse in judgment with all her experience.

This is why I always wait to pull mine out for a bit and then put them on a thick towel. Jars now suck and this scares me!

These new jars are so thin and bust so easily. Nothing like my grams old jars, I use them more than my newer ones. I’ve had so many new ones crack and bust in the canner the last couple of years
