the tow driver can't tow if someone is in the car, before hooking up.... check vin, check if ppl are inside, then tow.... break rules, go to jail or get sued 🤣

why was the child in the veh without the parent !??? the tow shoild have checked . in my view ,the parent is more at fault ,u DONT leave a child in a veh alone !

For those not understanding what happened but Dad went inside to pay for the food and as soon as he got out of the car tow truck came and lifted the car and took off the child fell out of the moving car while was being towed
