This is anything but simple. That is an above-ground pool which leads to level...which also had to blend in with surrounds. An in-ground pool is easy. Try a design that is both. That archway on the side of the house...most would put a patio at the front of the house, protruding the house, "like everyone else", or place it at the rear of the house doing the same....this is on the side, and is inward...not external...its obnoxiously large round design almost deliberately clashes with the squareness of the other 3 window-side. It also has a small glass pane door, but opens up the view to the outside world from the inside in a controlled manner, due to the large though limiting archway. Almost as if the architect wants you to see what they saw in that vision. This design also has some autistic symmetry. It's a beautiful puzzle, much like art, attempting to figure out the thought process of the design. The windowed side, has windows sized small, medium, large, spaced hopefully the same, but also functional. Guessing the bedroom has the large window, which would give an amazing view from the bedroom...or even the lounge area, if that's where it's positioned...The pool is at an angle to the corner of the house...not just "simple" and "placed wherever randomly" without any real connection to the house. I may be an overthinker, though this is anything but simple. It's a puzzle. When you could just lay in your pool outside and stare at your house and marvel at the design...I love it. Have you seen the pool from the aerial shot...how the water runs out and it becomes walkable......simple??
