I have Chondromalacia patella due to mis tracking. I had surgery over two decades ago and am waiting to get in again. I can’t remember how they used to tape my knee. Any suggestions? Also, my pain is in the tendon, under my knee cap (mostly these two), and on the top part of my knee, like above the knee cap..
